Requirements are:
1. 2 layouts per kit or 4 a month, to be posted within a week of download.
2. Post your layouts at Digiridoo Scraps, DST and 2 other galleries of your choice, Blog & FB if you have them.
3. Join in any of our events/promotions, take part in some of the Digiridoo Challenges and be active in the forums.

My travel's out West and a new release!

Just got home from our mini trip out West to Bingara! Hubby and I went gold fossicking, didn't find anything of significance, but we had fun and saw some of our lovely farming country. There are some very pretty little old towns out there. Here are some of my pics.

We hope to go back and do a bit more exploring and more fossicking too, the photo above is my little lot of garnets.

Now onto my new kit...Livin' in the 70's, this kit started out as my 1st entry in Design Factor, but it has had a bit of a makeover and heaps more added to it.

There are 12 papers & 40 elements as well as a full alpha. Livin' in the 70's will be just $3 till Monday!! You can find it @ my Digiridoo Scraps Store.

Welcome to the First Digi Scrap Connect Blog Train. This blog train is comprised of 24 fabulous designers who have been participating in the Design Factor Challenge the last 5 weeks. For our 5th challenge, we were required to
make an element pack using CU items. Since 1/2 of the items for all the kits would be coming from the Scrap Matters great challenge freebies, we were worried that we were going to have flowers, ribbons and strings coming out our ears with this challenge :). We decided to have fun with it and turn it into a great Blog Train by adding some fabulous papers as well. Flowers, Ribbons, and Strings Oh My!! the blog train was born. Another week another FREE mini!!

Week 4 of the Design Factor has started and this weeks Challenge was to create a shape, (not a simple circle or square) and to use that shape in the 3 patterned papers and all elements, as well as an alpha.

I chose to draw a cherry, one of my favourite summer fruits. I made three different patterns using my cherry shape as well as my 5 elements, and a lower case alpha, using one of my patterns on it.

This contest has really helped my design skills and pushed me to be more creative in my designs.

Week 3 of Design Factor!

Here is my Mini kit for this weeks challenge, this week we had to use a monochromatic colour palette with pops of colour. This was a bit of a challenge for me as I haven't done this kind of kit before. But I got there in the end.

Week2 Design Factor Freebie kit!!

Here is my Week 2 entry for the Design Factor. This week the challenge was set by Miss Tina from Sugar Hill, we had to make 6 patterned papers using our elements for the pattern, 6 solids &10 unique elements, we were to draw them if possible. My drawing sux!! Anyway I think my kit turned out OK...here it is.

Shabby Winter NEW out today!!

Hi everyone, still feeling very down about the loss of our beautiful Dana, but I know it was the right decision to let her go. The nights are the worst as she always slept next to my pillow or when it was cold she would snuggle in next to my side. So bedtime is very hard...

Now onto my new releases!

DRS has some fabulous NEW packaging, so I decided to redo my Logo, I think the whole thing looks much cleaner and more professional!!

A sad day..

Today we made one of the hardest decisions, to let our beautiful fur baby Dana go to be in kitty Heaven. We will miss her so much, she has been a huge part of our family for the last 15 years. She has slept with us nearly every night for as long as I can remember, most nights tucked up next to my pillow.

It's a bit of a sad time in our house hold at the moment, our fur baby Dana, of 15 years, has a tumor on her jaw. It is growing quite rapidly now & pushing on her eye.

But Dana is a tough little girl, we have

antibiotics and eye drops from the vet that we are giving her daily, she is eating really, really well, her dinner, Winston's dinner & has been lining up for more! But I am afraid that we are getting close to having to make the hardest decision that we have ever had to make...letting her go. I know that hubby is not quite ready for that & I have to say neither am I...but the day is getting close...

She has a child with Autism and I have a friend with 2, 6yrs & 4yrs, I have seen the battle that my friend has everyday.
